The room was very hot 29 centigrade. I couldn’t sleep and I have a long flight this afternoon. They changed the room but the new room is also very hot. The reception said that the AC is hot in all rooms and they can’t do anything about it and there is no engineer on duty. Please refund my money when I check out this morning at 10:00 am as I paid
