Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Accommodation with animals: small dogs RUB 500.00 per day, large dogs RUB 1000.00 per day.
The deposit is refundable subject to the rules of residence.
Check-in is available after 02:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
From the railway station to the accommodation facility guests can get directly by trolleybus 4 or by taxi.
Within walking distance from the house there is a public transport stop "Sportivnaya Derevnya" routes 75, 710, 140a, trolleybus.
There is free public parking for cars.
An hour before check-in, guests must contact the apartment by phone, WhatsApp or telegram, provide the estimated time of arrival and departure time to schedule the cleaning of the maid.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, rearrange without the consent of the apartment owner, lose keys, live with animals without prior consent, leave the front door open, leave garbage and dirty dishes after check-out, make noise after 09:00 PM, damage property.
If the guests use an additional set of bed linen and towels that are not intended for the reserved number of guests, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 will be charged.
Exceeding the number of guests may lead to premature eviction.
Violation of the rules of accommodation may lead to eviction without refund of the amount paid for accommodation and deposit. In case of damage, an amount equivalent to the value of the damage from the collateral may be withheld, or the entire amount in full. In cases of damage, the amount of which exceeds the amount of the deposit, an invoice is issued for additional payment. |
