Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In connection with the repair work carried out by the resource-supplying organization on the hot water supply networks from 07/04/2023 to 07/17/2023, there will be no hot water supply at the Zabaikalye Hotel. For guests on each floor of the hotel there will be a shower room with a water heater in the room. If guests are not satisfied with the conditions of their stay during the specified period, guests can cancel the reservation at least 24 hours before the date of arrival without penalty.
According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors.
