Coming from the train station I was intimidated by the 1 hour walk so I hopped on bus 2 and got off after McDonald's. I then walked about 8 minutes and followed the signs. The staff speaks Romanian, Russian, German, English and Ukrainian and probably more. I loved Irene and her husband. I stayed in the 3 bed room and was comfortable. There are 2 toilets and a shower. There is coffee and tea. The bus station and center are very close. There are 15 restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Amazing staff, lots of signs to follow and good price

We were two  and we spent one night in Irene's hostel. It was very difficult to get there because we were not coming from the center, but if you go from the main square it is very easy to localice it. When we arrived there was no one inside although there was a phone to call. Luckly one of the hosts called the staf and after waiting a little bit we were very very well welcomed, we even had a room just for us. The price is Ok, it is very well located, the staf is very pleasant, the rooms nice, clean, wide and confortable. There is a kitchen with all the tools, free coffee and tea, and a nice place to relax for a while, the bathroom is big and very clean too. Without a doubt, it was worth the price. Suitable for friends, families and alone travellers Thank you for the great stay.

Centric, confortable and nice.

Really nice and helpful staff! Needed a taxi and she called one and even stayed with me until it got there. 
The room door, if you stay in the 4 bed room one, doesn't shut unfortunately.
Try to check during the day, it's kinda hard to find the place when it's dark outside.

Lovely place and staff!

Everything was perfect! Only a six -minute walk from the bus station, the supermarket and restaurants are all very close, and the fortress is only approx. fifteen minues away by foot. 

Front desk staff Elena was a delight to speak with; she was kind, personable, helpful and kept me company over the Xmas weekend when I was otherwise alone at the hostel. Great Wifi signal, comfy beds/pillows and lockers in the room large enough for a good size backpack.

Excellent stay in Suceava!

Very well located in the center, close to the bus station. The best is the poligote staff who helped me in a cold night of winter, opening the hostel just for me quite late when they were already closed.

Nice place to stay in Suceava

A month before my intended stay in the hostel I sended an email with my booking request; 3 nights in the hostel and a daytour (with their travel agency Hello Bucovina). The same day they answered "yes we can do that for you". So I confirmed my request again for 3 nights in the hostel and a daytour and asked if they could confirm the booking. The same day I got another short answer that didn't confirm the booking but only explaind something about the pricing.
Because I was traveling by then I kind of forgot about the doubtfull reservation. 5 days before my stay I sended another email to ask if my reservation was ok. They didn't answer. 3 days before my stay I tried to call them several times. Eventually they picked up the phone and told me the hostel was closed for the winter season and all bookings were canceled. The guy on the phone said he will ask the owners if they could do anything for me and would call me back the same evening. I never heard from them again. 
Tis is not how you treat costumers! I had to find a last minute solution for accomodation what costed me a fortune.
