Excellent food, with a friendly staff. The location is like in a fairytale. Everything is surrended by trees and a few hotels. The room was nice, big and clean, with loads of opportunities. Pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here in August for a short family vacation.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food is (our compliments to the cook!) and how cheap it is, as well. The quantity is also satisfactory. I can’t say I’ve eaten this well anywhere else.

The staff are friendly and polite, always willing to help to the best of their abilities, which makes for a great customer service experience.

The rooms are nice, big enough with a balcony. 

There are quite a few other amenities that make the stay pleasant.

We will be deffinitely have another stay with you next year, we liked it that much!

Great place, amazing food!

Great view, also great breakfast and dinner, very clean and appreciated the hospitality. A really good position, quite but also close to center, 10 min walk. More like a 4 star conditions than 3 stars.

Just great

A pretty small hotel, but well situated, very clean with large rooms and bathrooms. Nice and kind stuff, good restaurant with excellent (continental) breakfast, with manny local made products.
Free wi-fi and parking.

Excellent

Very nice and welcoming staff. Easy to get in the town. The only weird thing was that the panorama is not like in their pictures from different site/s, so we got a little fooled about the view from the terrace.

Good enough but different then the pictures

It's indeed a nice hotel, clean and very close to the city center. The spa is small but cosy. We enjoyed it very much especially becouse there was nobody at the spa except for us.
The restaurant's menu is reach only on paper. There were several dishes we couldn't order because they ran out of ingredients.
The hotel's wall are very thin and you can hear everything what's happening in the hotel. The other guests were very load and they woke us up in the early morning. 



Nice hotel

I was here last night and the room is big but nothing nice beside the food.
The remote of the TV was not working , in the shower just the small shower is working as the big one has the knob broken.
There is no one use bathroom shoes the body and hair wash dispenser is outside the shower cabin so bring all your stuff.
The food is not bad and at a good price.
For a 3 star hotel I had more expectation. 
I don't really recommend.

It is not that great as on the site

I was in a teambuilding recently and we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel looks recently renovated, I liked the room, the reception staff were helpful and they have a restaurant and massage service. The breakfast wasn't extraordinary,  but it's a 3star hotel, so I've seen worst. The athmosphere in Sovata is calm and relax, you can go for a walk, visit or take a bath in Ursu lake
