Nice villa in an excellent location allthough a little difficult to reach by car, very narrow acces. The owner greeted us with cakes and wine. Very clean rooms but little space for the bathroom. Good breakfast. I reccommend.

Excellent location, friendly and helpfull owners!

Nice property, good location and wonderful owners. The room is very spacious,  decorated with real  taste and very clean. Super bedding and linens and excellent breakfast. Great position with amazing view over the park .

Nice autumn week-end

I have thought over and over again on how to write a review that would do justice to the wonderful time I've spent in the company of this lovely couple - Mrs Lili and Mr Nelu - in their exceptionally well-kept and luxuriously decorated vila. I am aware that words will not properly convey what I experienced, thus my advice is to simply STAY with them to see what I mean.
First of all, location. Set on a slope in the valley overlooking the main park, Vila Siam boasts excellent views and quick access to the curative springs, only a short walk away. The three-storey house has been redecorated in an Asian-Middle East style, with exceptionally valuable and originally-sourced items which are a delight for your eye and soul. The painstaking and costly refurbishment does not mean that you fear you might ruin something at every step. On the contrary, the atmosphere is very relaxed allowing you to really enjoy these far-away beauties. 
Second of all, the rooms. With either single or double occupancy, the rooms will satisfy one's need for relaxation. The large double beds are so comfy that leaving them in the morning feels like a pity. Bedding and linen are all of exceptional quality as well as the other room amenities. Everything is provided, bathrobe, fridge, TV set, hair drier, toiletries, dried lavender for peaceful dreams and, what is more, Mrs Lili will make her best to accommodate your needs. Some rooms boast excellent views of the park and the forests around the valley, to complement the lus interiors. 
Thirdly, the hosts. Words fail me to describe the kindness of this couple which made my stay memorable. From welcoming you with homemade cakes and a glass of wine to serving a rich breakfast (a big platter of cold cuts, omelettes, more home baked cakes and fresh coffee, all arranged with utmost care and a bit of playfulness), from striving to meet one's dietary needs (my food intolerances did not prevent me from enjoying great breakfasts) and making useful recommendations to enjoy the mountain resort, the lovable Mrs Lili and Mr Nelu proved to be outstanding hosts. They helped us in numerous ways and I do not know how to thank them properly. Their smiles and laid-back attitude coloured my stay and made me want to return as soon as possible and for a longer time. 
I should mention that Vila Siam has a spa capsule and a tiny gym for those in for some additional pampering, although breathing that pure strong mountain air should not be shunned away. 
The only downside is that my stay was not longer and that more pictures should be put up on this site to persuade others to come into this haven of peace and relaxation. Choose them and you will not be disappointed!

Accommodation with a soul. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Slanic Moldova is about 100K's from Bacau. Well worth the drive to discover this mountain retreat, miracle waters which heal almost everything and, in the summer/autumn one of the most picturesque villages you ever wish to see. The town's gardens are a full of colour. Vila Siam is an oasis. It has been decorated by someone who really has taste, an eclectic mix of Asia, Europe and the Middle East....wonderful.
I was told it was opened by Miss Universe and believe it. Such a romantic hideaway.
The staff are warm and friendly, yet very professional.
You MUST go there.

A true gem in the mountains of Slanic Moldova

We stayed here for one night and already we are sorry that we have to leave tomorrow but certainly recommend this hotel, bedding and linens are Royal are in Dubai, it is romantic with a modern Asian ambience and mixed oriental furniture, combined with Japanese decorations and that fit perfectly with homemade cakes and coffee made by Mrs. Lili, we were served as soon as we arrived at the villa, this place is very peaceful in nature, and clean air is strong, and a dreamlike,lovely :)
