Do not go here!! They have an infestation of COCKROACHES!! Me and boyfriend first felt a strong, funky, sweet, oily SMELL. Then we saw several of them running in and out from holes in the wall and under the carpet!! We read that when you feel that strong smell it is the cockroaches signaling that it’s a good nesting place and that the infestation is big, in other words, the place is filled with them!!
When going to talk with the hotel manager he was incredibly unpleasant, aggressive and said we could just go and that it wasn’t his problem. He just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I have never met a more vial man or vial hotel in my life! Don’t go here!!!

THE PLACE IS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES! Don’t go here!

The location is gorgeous right next to the park. It is very easy to reach the Casino, the Sinaia Monastery, the Peles and Pelisor Castle, the city center. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is kind. On the ground floor is the hotel's restaurant where the food is very good and the price is a bit cheaper than in the city center. I will gladly return to this place.

a little holliday

We have been staying at Tantzi on numerous occasions in the last 24 years. On other occasions we also tried Palas, International, Caraiman. However Tantzi is our favourite because of its location, tranquility, great customer service and the advantage of having a restaurant downstairs. 
We have tried several other restaurants but no other eatery/ restaurant offers such good value for money. The rooms are always spotless and the Fratila brothers run the business very professionally. To us it is like going from home to home. Not many hotels offer that feeling. Best value for money!

Still the best for us

Very very rude personal at the restaurant! I came, and after 20 minutes my order wasn't taken, i dared to ask to take my order and the waitress started screaming at me, that it isn't an open bar here to came and get my food imediatli. I was shocked! All the people was stearing. And the next day he came and got my order after 35 min.

Very nice hotel for this money,The hotel is located in an old building and has a specific charm, Employees are very nice and in the room price is included the breakfast that can be taken to the hotel restaurant

Hotel Tanti

The biggest point of Tantzi Hotel is the location. Very close to the park and the center of the town. And also close to the road towards the Peles Castle. The hotel has really classic furniture, but it's super clean. Also the room had a really big TV. 
I personally liked that they have options for breakfast. You can have eggs, cheese, jam, salami etc. It would have been nice to have some vegetables, even some fruits. But the toast made it all good. And the coffee is really good :)

Very nice place

Good location, close to Sinaia Monastery, Peles Castle, near central park and the centre of the resort.

Quiet, helpful staff, clean rooms but with old furniture and smelly bathroom.

I do not recommend the small restaurant situated at the ground floor; a little girl, myself and a friend of mine had food poisoning in various stages  during our 4-days stay. Chicken seem to be the main culprit.
