Typical 3stars hotel, rooms are clean, the suites are actually 2 rooms separated by a sliding door(usefull if you have bigger kids).
Our suite was on the 3rd floor, keep in mind that they don’t have an elevator.
Breakfast is also typical.
The rooms are noisy.
Behind the hotel there is a small river, full of garbage(you could clean it, atm it is a natural disaster.

Decent hotel near the sloapes

The fourth star must be obtained by the presence of a Nespresso system in the room. The surface of the room is correct but only 2 of the 6 light bulbs are working. The handle of the window remains in our hands at the slightest opening (room 11). The breakfast buffet is also disappointing, all meals and even coffee are warm. Do not expect much from this establishment.

We were out of the winter season/it hadn't snowed yet, so it was quite free, and the impression was: warm, responsive staff. Great location - especially for skiers. Clean, cozy rooms. Good kitchen.

It's a beautiful place.

A positive experience in this hotel where we slept on our tour of Romania, despite several shortcomings that I will tell you about later and that have arisen throughout the tour, a large wedding room and with separate living room and bedroom, beautiful views and clean, friendly restaurant and reception staff, proper breakfast and dinner.

Situated in a ski station!!!

Nice rooms, good beds and bedding, breakfast and dinner very good, Wi-Fi, no elevator, nearby ski lift, in winter certainly very great there, TV u refrigerator, recommended we were with tour group there, everything fit

Really fine.

The only good thing about this accommodation is the location in the proximity of the sky slopes. 
The room is small, the bathroom even smaller. It smells horrible from the bathroom and you have to keep the window open in the room in order to be able to stay there. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear every single noise from the other rooms or from the hall. You can even hear the fan from the other bathrooms.
It is supposed to have Wi-fi, but it doesn't work at all.
The owner is very rude and not willing to help you at all. 
Also, in the price of the room (which is considerable high) you don't have breakfast included.
As an overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Bad experience

Only regarding the restaurant - good dishes but very poor service.

The waiters weren't very helpful, they looked tired and without the willing to help you with ordering. We were 4 people and they didn't have the most we wanted to eat - they said they had delivered the last dish of that kind prior to us (which was kind of awkward given the fact that we tried 2 different main dishes and the same for the dessert).

Despite the above, the soups, ribs and the lamb steak were really good. Also, the place looks nice and stylish.

The next time I would try something else.

Poor service

This hotel welces you warm, the rooms have very good and stylish furniture, very clean and a well done list of services.
The staff is high qualified, professional and friendly.
The breakfast deserves 5* for sure: best quality of food, big variety, nice atmosphere. My german tourist had best feedbacks and were very satisfied of this top location.

Excelent hotel and services

A very basic hotel,average price..comfortable bed..nice heating in the room and dining area..nice staff..hot water with little patience...
Average breakfast..nice location but little further from center of Predial...no complaints...overall nice and professionally managed..
