I rated my experience at the hotel poorly due to various issues, including the dirty room and terrible quality of food. The cleanliness standards were not met, and the food did not meet expectations in terms of taste or presentation. It was a disappointing stay overall, and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The lack of attention to cleanliness and food quality greatly impacted my satisfaction with the stay.

Dirty room

Stay away from this place, bugs, filth and smelly rooms. The parking loot it’s not secure. I think the owner and his friends stayed there and got drunk all night. The cockroaches are friendly….

Not disappointed. Very friendly house, functional and spacious room. Man-sized house (only 15 rooms). The staff speaks English. There are not many activities in the neighborhood, so please take a very cheap taxi.

Formidable

One-night stay. 34 euros paid breakfast included. LOCATION: just 10 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes by car from the centre. BATIMENT: beautiful modern building. Quiet residential area. SANE: very clean and spacious. WIFI: untested. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT / STAFF: very good communication in advance because I arrived around 2:00 a.m., welcome and the next day I got up for breakfast but I was offered coffee and water to take away. Tourist information as needed! Very professional! LAAMBRE: large, clean and spacious room. RESTAURATION: not tested!

Excellent value for money

The company Solari of Udine thanks for all the excellent service offered during the stay. Punctuality, excellent services, courtesy are the vs passport that I am sure other guests can enjoy. A special thanks to Mrs. Anna who led us through the history of the villa, opening the door of time making us imagine life in rooms in other times, with a professionalism and a passion that today is found in few people.

Good hotel in a semi-peripheral area, the centre is within 10 feet. Hotels above the Romanian average but in the average for Europe. Prices are above the average. Recommended for those looking for a place 10 minutes from the centre without the chaos of cars.

Calmness

Situated very close to bot the centre and the airport the villa offers a good location for a few Day in Iași...

Providing a private parking and nice large rooms with shared balcony (2 rooms), it is a good choice for a traveller.

Good a la carte breakfast and a nice restaurant where you can eat.

Good location for visiting

This guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood of Iasi and has own parking yard, which is a great bonus if you come by car (however the yard might be very crowded with cars from other hotel guests and you might need to be a very good driver to enter and exit from there). There is no elevator, so the access in stairs is hard with heavy luggage or when traveling with small kids or with persons with reduced mobility.  The room itself is OKish: good size, clean, 3 beds in all rooms from what I understood. There are only 2 power sockets placed in the middle of the room; forget about using your device while charging it, unless you like sitting on the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable: with old springs that you felt on your back and also slightly sliding one way (we dreamt being on rollercoster all night :) The staff is scarce, but amiable and helpful. The breakfast was OK (nothing special though). The hotel is not walking distance from downtown in my opinion, but if you have a car, it is a good choice. The ratio price-quality is not very good; I found it rather expensive for what it offered. Wifi connection was workable, but not good (we stayed at last floor).

Very uncomfortable beds

Positioned between the airport and city center, it is suited for family, friends or business sejour. Two levels of nice, clean rooms, air condition and nearby balcony table and chairs, for a meal or a cheat. The chef and the small restaurant are serving  just the villa guests. Breakfast taken care by Ms. Oana, a delight. Free parking on location for your car (best to have your own). Taxis and public transport available.

A clean and quiet hotel. Staff very kind and polite.
Breakfast very good and consistent.
Private parking is a plus.
Free wi-fi.
I recommend all those who want to visit the city of Iasi.
