Located right in the centre of Eforie Sud, across to the casino, Mon Caprice is a very good choice for a holiday at the Black Sea. Large room, with clean bedding and AC. Ms.Dorina , the administrator is a very nice and helpful person. The only minus, right next to the hotel is a restaurant with live music, and is a little noisy.
