We were 15 people. The room rates were between $50-$100 /night for double room and huge apartments. The apartments have two large bedrooms,  huge living room, kitchenette, and a single bathroom.  

Double rooms are bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Bathrooms have toilet and shower separate. Very nice rain spout style shower.

Friendly staff. But I think you have to prepay which is nY be why some of the other reviewers complained. 

Only downside is that it's not super centrally located. But we didn't mind walking about 20 minutes to the beautiful city center. 

They also had a courtyard for parking which could accommodate our 20 seater bus.

Clean, well appointed, not super central location

There is construction ongoing right next to the building.
There is no view.
Guy at reception has no English.
They claim to have private parking but nobody to open it in the evening so she asked me to park on the road.


Construction site !!!

The place it's ok, but the personal it's not so profi. 
It's an old man here who can make everything for you, he is the problem. I told him i will pay in the afternoon or with my credit card,but later, not when I checked in. He said ok. After 2-3 hours he knocked my door to make the payment. I said i will go out to take money off the card  and then I will pay the room. He said ah ok then. At 15 o'clock he saw me at my door with the delivery guy and again told me to pay. I was shocked. I mean, i'm not leaving man, give me a break. 
The place it's ok, clean, it's like in the pictures.
Sad for the personal instead.
