This is NOT a boutique hotel by any standards. The hotel is very modest and plain lacking lots of amenities. The rooms are on the first and second floors (2nd and 3rd for Americans) and there are no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage, you’ll have to carry them 1 of 2 flights of stairs. The stairs are steep with narrow steps and a narrow door to go through. Some of the rooms face a busy street, so they are noisy. The ones that don’t face the street, get noise from loud music playing in the restaurant downstairs from early morning till late night. Our room had light window curtains with no shades so the light from the light poles outside made the room very light at night. There is no electronic access control to the rooms or hotel area and just a door key to the room. Our room did not have a safe, a phone, an iron and ironing board, and the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress support fell apart often when we moved during sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the heater and hot water worked very well. The restaurant is very nice to look at with lots of space and tables, and the service is poor (not friendly, not helpful, not attentive). The food is average with nothing special, and the prices are high for Romanian standards. There is free parking available, but it is crowded on the weekends. This place is not recommended for people with limited mobility. We were a bit disappointed with our stay, so we cannot recommend this place. We will not stay here again.

One Star Hotel & Average Restaurant

Very clean room, new furniture, very comfortable bed. For the low outside temperature the room was very warm.
Try tasty pizza and pasta.
Very friendly staff. Free parking, easy and very good for those who transit the city.


Nice place

The rooms are upstairs and very hard to climb, as they have many steps. The apartment was spacious, cozy and very clean. The stay was very comfortable.
I think is the best italian restaurant in Bacau. They have a nice terrace and a cosy indoor location. The service is prompt, very friendly staff and very good food. The dessert was a very pleasant surprise. Prices are not very high, but there is not cheap location. They have also a large parking. I would come back anytime with pleasure!

Very cosy hotel and tasty italian food

Each time we are nearby we stop to eat someting here, either is breakfast or lunch, the food is always good, and the pleople are nice. Also we spent the night once at the hotel and it was lovely. 
Both the hotel and the restaurant have a really nice design which make’s you fell at home.

Good food, good service

Amazing hotel and restaurant. I was staying here with some friends, as we were there in Bacau for a friend's wedding. (Travelled from London, UK). 
The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. 
The service was very friendly, all the staff were helpful. 
The restaurant is great, food and drinks very good. Many locals were there as well so we knew we were in the right place. 
Even though we only stayed 3 nights, we will be back again to visit.

Will be coming back again...

Nice and clean rooms but there is a little bit of noise from the cars that are crossing by the national road just outside the hotel. Waiters are not customer oriented. There was a sunny day and we wanted to sit on the terrace that was already set up with chairs and tables. We were not allowed. They said it was not open, yet :-)
