What was good

Hotel with good location on the beach of formosa Meals at the hotel were very good. Breakfast well served, with fresh fruits and breads. Lunch and dinner a la carte well prepared and tasty

What was bad

I had a problem with the tap flight that didn't land in funchal on 07/21, where a new flight was relocated only on 07/22. Requested to refund the daily rate on 07/21 which I did not use for reasons beyond my control, the same was denied by both the hotel and the Zenhotels platform.
