Stayed for one night with my wife and daughter in a family room. Very clean and comfortable room. The decor was spartan and bathroom small, but otherwise it met our needs. The breakfast was great value. 

Good, basic accommodation 

Super friendly hosts who made a room free for us tired cyclists. Nice room with terras and view over de market. All clean and modern. Breakfast was good. The restaurant below is also a recommendation! 

Perfect

We chose this hotel because there were no rooms available at our first choice on  carnival weekend and in most respects it proved a very good alternative. The location is central (next to the market) and the staff are very friendly (one speaks English). There were only two of us, but we were allocated a lovely, spacious family room with a double and two singles on the third floor (there is a lift). We'd walked from Albufeira so we were delighted to find two cans of ice-cold Sagres in the small fridge plus soft drinks and water (presumably complementary as there was no price list and we weren't charged for them). The shower was wonderful and the television had plenty of channels, including CNN and dubbed UK programmes. There is a restaurant onsite which seemed very busy but we ate elsewhere. The only downside for me was that the breakfast (provided in a small cafe a few metres away) was basic Portuguese fare, i.e. bread, pre-packed croissants, sliced ham, processed cheese, cereal and set yoghurt. It was hard not to think about those other Loule breakfasts!

With a lot of delay, having booked at another site for the period from 21/12/2015 to 31/12/2015, I bring my opinion on this hotel. The situation, in front of the covered Market is obviously excellent. The terraced room (301) allows the smokers I am to get intoxicated a little more. The staff is listening to any request, knowing that this period is normally a holiday period for him. The restaurant O Pescador of the hotel was closed from 23/12 to 05/01/2016. The patrons of the hotel are great people and the boss Odette speaks a very good French.

A day to remember

We stayed in this hostel for three days. Yes, the kind of tourism you want to do is to stay all day outside the hotel this is your hotel, but it's better to pay a little more and go to another. It is advertised as a hotel with a continental breakfast (bread buns, bread rolls, margarine, jam, York, cheese, horrifying coffee and juice trina) that's the breakfast, continental little has. It's also offered as a hotel with free parking, and no, there's no free parking, is that the owner of the hotel, as the nickname donamos sounds like Fernando has a street full of cars or customers with their own keys and goes to the bar according to their arrivals.

I loved Dom Fernando mainly because of Patrizia and her Mum.  There were really friendly and helpful.  Patrizia's English is very good and she was very helpful in arranging my bike hire.  Rooms very comfortable, clean and overlooked the Mercado right in centre of Loule.  Hotel restaurant was excellent serving local Portuguese cuisine and great value for money. 

Loule is a lovely town to visit and a stroll through the old cobbled streets with castle and churches, relaxing over a coffee at the great selection of cafes is a lovely way to relax.  The Sunday market is a must see.

I highly recommend a stay at Dom Fernando - Portuguese hospitality at its best.

Lovely family run hotel

The room had a double and two singles, which was perfect for us (three adults). The en suite facilities had all that was required. There was also a balcony with views over the city center. Location couldn't be better, just a stone throws away from the market. Two people in the party needed a gluten-free breakfast and the owners made sure they had gluten-free cereals that we had requested, but also gluten-free bread, which was a nice surprise for us. For a small hotel in the centre of Loule, this was great value for money with very attentive staff.

Great location and very attentive staff

He spent 3 days in Loulé staying in this B&B and I loved it. It is located in an inner town of the Algarve. It is a quiet town. The people who work at the hotel are charming and attentive to anything you may need, it is a very familiar environment. The rooms are very clean (clean every day). It has free Wi-Fi in the common area, but if you are lucky and your room is just above this area perfectly. In addition to the B&B the owners have a restaurant right next door, called O pescador and it is phenomenal and cheap.

Excellent quality Price

It's a great place, great people, great restaurant, simple and clean - we'd love to come back. The environment is typical Portuguese. It's a great experience. Even if people don't speak other languages, you get along very well here.

In this new hotel, everything has been fine: - super central location right next to the market - nice functional and very clean room - friendly reception including parking right at the hotel - affordable price I'd stay here anytime and I can recommend the hotel without limit.
