In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please note: Check-in from October to March: from 14:00 until 18:00 Check-in from April to September: from 16:00 until 19:00 Please note that late check-in after 19:30 has an additional charge of EUR 50. Please note that for check-ins after the period above are subject to availability and charges may apply. Please note that from October until end of March cleaning is provided daily, except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. On the remaining months of the year, cleaning service is provided every 2 days and linen is changed twice a week. Cleaning of the apartments is done every other day except Sundays and Bank Holidays. The rooms at Rosamar Apartamentos - AL are quiet but the property doesn't take responsibility for occasional disturbances made by neighbours or other guests. For stays of 28 nights or more different cleaning policies apply: sheets and towels are changed once per week and cleaning service is done twice per week.
