We stayed here for a week while diving with Frontier Divers.  The hotel is generally clean and quiet.  It is a short walk from the dive company.  The breakfast is uninspired but decent.  They do laundry for a reasonable fee.  It is close to several good restaurants.  It is a good value, though nothing special.

This is a convenient hotel

We stayed in a spacious Suite Room on the ground floor.  The staff we warm and helpful.    Room was basic, but clean, with housekeeping every day.  Quite location that was only a short walk to restaurants.

Basic and Clean

This relatively new business has family connections to the long established Angelyns Resort which is next door.  The Room I stayed on the ground floor was big , it had king size good quality bed, nice shower, wide screen tv, safety box , fridge etc. Also a lovely private porch.. It's very close to everything but still very quiet..Staff are very nice as always in this wonderfully hospitable country. Normally I prefer not paying over 2000php per night in Philippines but on this occasion it was money well spent..  Sorry  the picture is of the owners dogs puppies who greeted everyone at reception everyday.  I know not relevant but still super cute!

I can recommend this hotel.
This little hotel was clean, comfortable and very affordable for our dive weekend.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and the bathroom was completely acceptable.
The rooms are basic but with everything that you need: good air con, clean linen, comfy bed, tea/coffee making facility, small fridge and TV.
The WIFI was a little flaky but ok (you are on a break no need for WIFI!!!).
The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.
The double rooms have no balcony access so check before booking.

Clean & Pleasant Stay

Their staff were very accommodating and welcoming! The place is good enough for those who want to stay in Sabang beach to go for a dive. Their beds aren't so comfortable though as compared to a lot of hotels, however. The bed sheets and bath towels were not very high quality as well, which is why I kind of regretted checking in since we stayed in our room the whole day. I think there are definitely better hotels for the same price. Overall however we had flawless check in and check out, and the staff are the best. Didn't have problems with them at all.

Average place for divers

With the array of options you have in Sabang when you go diving, it is a bit hard to choose the right place. Particularly on high season. We wanted a clean place, in a good location and with good amenities. Most of the "well-known" places were already booked and then a friend recommended us Ark Bayz. I am glad I took his advice for 3 reasons:
1. Reason:
Agoda somehow screwed the reservation. When we got there the fine people from Ark Bayz were doing everything possible to accommodate us, and they did. Through out all this stressful process they keep us calm and managed the situation with great professionalism. Thank you so much for that.
2. Reason: 
The hotel itself is literally brand new. You can clearly see everything is well build, Zero strange smells, the rooms are well illuminated, and with a nice balcony. Perhaps is not a "sea-view" place but relaxing in your spacious room's balcony having a little drink was nice. The toilets were clean, hot and cold water at all time, good selection of international channels... all good.
3. Reason: 
The location is perfect. Is not in the downtown center but is not isolated somewhere. Just a couple hundred meters away will have you righ in the action and fun of the town, or to your favorite diving centre. It is also nearby the Sabang pier, which makes its location unbeatable. 

Some extras:
You get breakfast right in front, at Angelyns (another hotel), same with the pool. You are free to use their infinity pool. After a nice dive it is perfect. and is just a few meters (1 minute walk) from Ark Bayz reception.
Once again, the staff are so great. Super friendly! always willing to help and giving you advice. I truly like this place and I totally recommend it. I'll be back for sure!
