We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in Eco this month, if you're looking for a "chill, quiet, indie vibe" go here. This is a serviced-hotel since they are environmental-friendly thus, less amenities (no breakfast, no usage of plastics bottles, earth hour every 5-6PM) but dont get me wrong, this is so far the best eco-serviced hotel I have been. I love the "common" dining area, the staff, etc. PROS - Staff are very friendly & courteous (especially Krishna (Bohol), Jerome and Alyssa in the headoffice) - Clean room - Aircon - Strong wifi (during our stay) -Cheap but totally worth it -You can cook inside your room but eat it at the dining area so you can feel and witness the big tree that 'umbrellas' the entire area. -Location ( you can just walk going to a lot of restos in tawala) Cons -just the mosquitoes If you're a kind of person that wants to be pampered and be spoiled, go to a five star hotel instead. But this hotel will give you a very personal experience during your stay.
