This is my second stay in this hotel. It is quite and safe place to stay. The staff are so accommodating and maintains cleanliness. A water dispenser and a microwave oven is available on each floor for everyone. A very good low cost hotel in Makati Area.

Safe place in Burgos Area, Makati.

A nice hotel near my work place. Its safe and clean. The staffs are helpful. Definitely will come back for my next travel in Makati. The rooms are quite big and clean. Only 10 rooms are available in this hotel but well maintained. A little problem with their elevator but no hassle in using the stairs for a bit of exercise. Maintenance for the elevator is said to be on the way. A microwave and a water dispenser in each floor for guests use is available.

I've had several short one night stays here and found the rooms to be very big and comfortable.   Always clean. 

The staff are always extremely welcoming and helpful where they can be. 

I got a good rate online and was very pleased with the value for money represented.

Hotel was okay. It was my last minute choice for a room with a kitchenette. The price was ok, but Burgos Street area is kind of trashy. If your staying with family, this is not the area for you. The staff was friendly, and the price was right.

Last minute

I'm sure the place has okay rooms.....BUT i arrived after a long flight only to find that the hotel does not accept anything but cash.  This is quite literally the first time in my life that I have encountered a hotel that doesn't think it important to accept credit cards.

The gal at the front desk did try to help me so one star for that.  But there were ultimately no options, and I ended up having to leave without a room.  Quite annoying especially after the hassle of finding the place on a back alley in Makati.  

My only advice....Don't stay here unless you have a wad of pisos on you.  Enjoy.

Arrived earlier around 1200 normal check in is 1500. But when the attendant at the check inn saw that we were traveling with a one year old baby they did there upmost best to check us in immediately. I forgot his name but he went above and beyond the whole stay extremely friendly and upmost helpful with the few request we had, he was there actually the whole stay seemed like he did a 24 hour shift.

The room itself is very good value for what you pay for, plenty space comfortable bed and everything you need. The kitchen was not like equipped there was only one pan and a spoon but I'm sure if requested they would accommodate. We went out for our dinner and breakfast so did not used it.

Reading a lot of complaints about noisy and sometimes unsafe area, but I didn't experience that at all yes it's not the cleanest and prettiest part of Makati but I found it lively and rustic and not unsafe at all.

So if you on a budget and want a great room and even more impeccable service go here, so highly recommended! 👍😉

Excellent service 

We stayed one night just before our long return trip. The purpose was having good rest but we could not sleep because of the music coming from bars and night clubs till morning. The room was okay, staff were helpful but it is better to prefer somewhere else if you want to sleep.
I can suggest this place only for night club fans.
Taxi driver could not find this place easily, it is better to ask the driver to go to Alley 8 Apartments, not Zen Rooms.
