Hassaram Courtyard provide spacious rooms and sufficient necessities such as cookware and place for drying clothes, so we could rest and work properly in the accommodations. The host was very passionate and helpful. She tried her best to make our trip smooth. It was sad that we could not stay there longer for our further trip in Dumaguete, which also made us realize how wonderful Hassaram Courtyard. Will definitely choose to stay there next time or recommend to friends!

The Courtyard has one of the best locations. It is close to the airport, hospital, and boardwalk and yet not too exposed to the daily grind. 

Because of its serene and sheltered site, one can indulge in the fresh air and great ambiance of Duamguete.

The room we stayed in was substantial. The kitchenette was complete and stacked with local goodies. 

Everything was spic and span! Cleanliness is the core of this courtyard.

Fantastic place!

It was a great first trip for us to Dumaguete, mostly because we stayed at Hassaram Courtyard.

- Room and Amenities - The 2-br apartment was clean, secure and sizable, the kitchen well-equipped, with comfortable seating and beddings, lots of windows, space to hang laundry, and WiFi.

- Location - It is well-situated and accessible, just a short distance from the main road (Hibbard) where you can easily get a pedicab. We were able to walk all the way to the Cathedral. It is also quite near Flores St. and its eateries.

- Guest Services - Cynthia, Kate, Arnold and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Their resto recommendations did not disappoint. They also have transportation for rent (with or without a driver). They also gave great advice and recommendations regarding itinerary.

- Others - Despite the location being accessible from the main road and restaurants, it wasn’t noisy at all, even before the 10pm noise ordinance. And you still get to wake up to the cheerful chirping of birds.

We will definitely be back.

I've stayed at Hassaram for 3 weeks and it was worth it! With the standard that Dumaguete hotels offer being low Hassaram takes the western approach, the apartment was well outfitted and the service was excellent, any issues were promptly taken care of! The cable tv was hit an miss a little bit and internet was well, slow, but I think those are perks of the Philippines rather than their fault. I will be coming back Hassaram!
