I had to go down to the lobby to get wifi connection, slow service for ordinary requests at the front office. Pricey for the services and amenities offered, maybe it could afford to hike its rates due to the location. When we were there, most hotels in the area were fully booked- no vacancies. Most definitely first and last stay in this hotel.

Not too cheap, poor service, weak wifi- only good thing is its location

When I arrived the staff was not interested, they gave me a room key and I entered the room. No clean sheets on the bed, a television which not work but gave blue light, no warm shower. I have travelled a lot but this was by far the worst "hotel" I have ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY.

Stay away from this so called hotel.

Rooms are in horrible condition. Has not been maintained in a very long time. 
Very over priced for what you get!
No hot water. Had to be repaired.
Dead refrigerators with black and yellow slime.
Moldy shower with a faucet that was in very bad condition. 
Windows covered in dirt.
Broken window shades.
COCKROACHES.
Holes in wall from old TV wall mount.
The worst hotel breakfast ever with the quality you would expect at a homeless shelter.
Advertised wifi but it was not working.
Very old furniture.
Moldy smell from air con.
Their "suite" is called a standard room in most hotels.

The location has lost its night time appeal. The Mango Square Entertainment area is almost gone.  Only a few places are still open.

Perfect candidate for Hotel Impossible TV show

Great location.pics have been exaggerated  to look large n spacious. Very small hot ineffective aircon takes ages.hardly any staff and noisy.if your getting zonked in its red light area and just wanto walk home n crash it may suit

Small noisy poor service

I wouldn't call it a hotel nor a motel. It's more of an inn. They were renovating the place so okay I understand the broken down wall on one side covered by a huge blanket. Upon entering the room, I was blasted by a strong scent of air freshener. The beds are covered with synthetic leather and then a thin bed sheet was put over it. The walls have huge cracks. The bathroom... cockroaches!
I understood the reason for the air freshener because after 2 nights of staying there the room smelled like rotten meat. 
No internet except for the lobby. Lobby has cockroaches.
Breakfast was alright but no choices. They will give you a plated meal. Good thing I wasn't too picky or vegetarian. I didn't touch the rice though.
Close to everything though- Robinson's, Larsian, Circle, banks.
