Still the Best Budget accommodation in Boracay... The Owner/Manager was very  helpful... Located in Station 3,  just few steps to the beach. Safe location and you can cooked your food if you want. And you can request Mr. Escurrel to arranged booking in any tourist activity available... enjoy your stay!

near to the beach. locatıon is good. but sttıon 2 is 10 mınutes wıth walkıng. statıon 3 is good for us. room was poor and towels were old. there were too much ant on out room. they were on my bed and ınsıde our bags. they bite too. the staff were very kind and cheap rooms. ı can stay for locatıon but for us jıst ants were problem. We were 3th floor and wifi was poor.

Awesome location, slightly off beach Station 3. Nice and quiet. Nice staff, no good bed but the room was generally ok.

Good for the price paid

Booked at this place because it offered one of the lowest rates and it was closer to the beach. The staff were very kind. Met the manager, and he explained that the place was under new management. The room/s they gave us were nice and airy, but could use chairs. The bed confortable enough to sleep on. Of course the distance to the beach is a very unique selling point, along with the price point. Loved the place all in all

New Management, Improved Customer Service

i did booking when i was in dubai july 2019, i left a message through booking.com that iam a cancer patient so pls give me a clean room when i arrived.
aug 17 2019 me and my friends checked in,i asked the f.o. if they recieved my message through booking.com, he said no. so we went to the room it was on 3rd floor i asked if he can give us a room at the ground floor because it is hard for me, specially with my condition. the fo said "kung anu ang binook nio un ang room nio" he was rude, in booking.com it didnt show if ur gonna be on 3rd floor! and there is no wifi, the pillows smells moldy. iam gonna stay here until the 20th, last night i didnt sleep well because of the moldy smell.

We stayed for 7 days. 
Our stay was enjoyable. 

Certainly some things can be improved as you have to ask for EVERYTHING and staff never ask if you need anything. Hospitality is a bit lacking. 

Wish they had a restaurant - more money for them. I mean, they all were eating every day so they could cook more and offer it to guests. Even offering coffee or tea - not that hard to make and again more money for them. 

It's a 45 seconds walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to the main road and cheap restaurants there. 

Would stay again

Pros:
1) Only location.

Cons:
1) What they advertise is not what you get. Examples:
a) Room had TV but reception made it unwatchable. 
b) Room had refrigerator but black mold on inside and outside of door.  Was unplugged from electricity so freezer had defrosted and leaked inside and outside onto floor.  Floor was not cleaned.  Which gave the room the smell of mold.
c) Did not have safe in room but they went and found one to put in room.  Safe not secured so could easily be carried away.  
d) Room had large opening to outside that was not screened allowing free access to insects such as mosquitos.
2) No one around if you need help.  People who claim to be staff coming to help with no shirt and sitting on rail while others work in your room.  Not a comfortable/friendly environment.

Could be a great little hotel if properly managed.
