The views were fantastic and well kept. I would suggest the property add daily cleaning services.

We saw 5 to 6 rouches every day!...The cabinet above the stove was rouch infested and durty!

It was very difficult to get in touch with the property manager. The concierge was unable to, or did not assist. Only after contacting Expedia for them to contact the property on our behalf then we were able to get any assistance. However all in all, once Expedia contacted them, everything went well.

Do not book this place it’s dirty has cockroaches they don’t want to give me the refund I left early bugs was on my son’s pillow I told them and all they wanted to do is come and look around for the bugs the address does not match to the building

The 21 A apartment was in a good location, walking distance from everything and the pool had a beautiful view! However, upon arrival we were greeted with a dirty toilet filled with hair. On the 1st night cockroaches were spotted in the pool area and over the next few days, mini cockroaches were seen in the cupboard and on the floor of the apartment. For a group of 5, the place was set up for 4, the next day when the additional towel was received, the towel had a big hole. Both toilets did not fill at a point, but speeding thinking, we figured out the float was sticking. Each time the neighbour lit their stove we looked over at our stove because you could hear it so clearly from our apartment. Also, while knowing the check out time before booking, 10AM is too early.On a better note, the concierge was kind and allowed us to leave our bags in a room before check in and after check out, the room however could have been cleaned.

The worst place I’ve ever booked. When I arrived at the property the AC was leaking water over the TV underneath it, which was plugged into the extension cord into the outlet, I was scared to stay there, cause of this major hazard. I got no help from the security, but especially from the owner- shame on them, no communication and do not want to give me the money back, although I obviously did not stay there.Also, shame on Expedia for not doing anything for me and not giving me back my money, putting me in a risky situation. Do not ever book this place, I even called the police on them to record and report the hazard environment that I was charged for.

Great place to stay! Great building, neighborhood, staff! One of my favorite short-term apartment rentals in the city! Go for it!

Stay there, before you buy.

Location is great but the room was not clean properly and we had alot of small roaches in the room which was very disgusting..The last day when packing a roach was on my suitcase..

The apartment was nice, nothing special except the views. Staff not exceptionally welcoming. Just ok. Great value!!!!
