25 reviewsWe stayed here for 4 nights and were a little dubious about booking from reading previous reviews on here. We were greeted by friendly staff we put that we would be arriving early (check in is at 2 and I believe the staff don't arrive until then) they came at 1 for us, we called to say we had arrived (took them less than 5 minutes to arrive) and gave us our key. We were a upstairs room (9) that didn't have a full kitchen- there was a fridge, kettle and microwave- perfect for what we needed. There was free tea/coffee/hot chocolate and some milk provided as well as soap in the bathrooms. Plenty of blankets for us but you can ask for extra if your cold. This was a no fuss motel just off the Main Street with free parking. Our room was serviced everyday so we had clean dry towels and our bins emptied, great service for the price. We had a great view of the mountain on the balcony and access the the spa for free :) We tried the Lemongrass restaurant that they own round the corner, fantastic Thai food which is very well priced. We would definitely recommend Ruapehu Views can't get better for the money. Thanks
