Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes

We had the best stay. We were upgraded to a house from our originally booked apartment due to the room not being cleaned properly and a description difference from original booking (no lake view). The house was really comfortable and the location amazing. Looked out straight onto the lake. We were also given a meal voucher as an apology. Cannot fault anything about this trip to Tekapo. Even the weather was amazing. Thank you Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes for making our trip so memorable.

The views of the lake are wonderful at this campsite. Kitchen is small but sufficient and the shower/toilet block is new and clean. Showers have a timer of 6 minutes so don’t fuss about, be efficient and you’ll have plenty of time. The track to the observatory starts from here as well. It’s about 10 minute walk to the village.

We had an awesome stay in this lovely Lockwood home. Nice views and close to town. The house was cozy and warm. I would definitely stay here again and have already book my next trip with Tekapo Holiday Homes.

I booked Smithy's place through Lake Tekapo Holiday homes. So happy, I did. The house was spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry,  and felt like a home away from home. It was immaculately clean and, very importantly, so warm and cosy. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the village and had a lovely view from the master bedroom of the lake. 
The folks at Lake Tekapo Holiday homes were welcoming, and checking in and out was effortless. 
I would absolutely use Smithy's house and Lake Tekapo Holiday homes again.

We stayed at Aotea property  and it was perfect, there were 10 of us and there was plenty of room and facilities. we had a great time and the service and friendliness of the team at the holiday homes was awesome, brilliant followup and pre arrival emails were brilliant, well organised and easy key pick up. Very friendly.

Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes will always be our first choice to stay in Lake Tekapo. This is our second time staying at one of Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes. We love the view, the amenities and it has a very homey feeling to it.  Highly recommended.

My wife and I booked the holiday homes through a well known holiday comparison website, the booking process was easy and the confirmation from the company was excellent,  full of relevant information. 
When we arrived the reception was easy and very friendly,  we had a small cabin called Wee Mack - double bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen with a small sofa and ultra HD tv. The cabin looks out over the lake and has the most perfect view of the mountains. 
We had a great two nights here and would definitely recommend this company to anyone staying in Lake Takepo.

Good location, my apartment next to golf course. As you can see in pictures, Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes are manage difference house. My reservation is a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Heater in bathroom and bedroom which is very good in cold weather. Wifi is excellent, TV with Netflix but no washing machine & dryer, If you are short stay that's will not a problem. Very quiet place and owner are super nice. I've met them and their dog. Very lovely couple. I will reserve again when visit Lake Tekapo next time.

We stayed at Mays Place (booked through Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes) and couldn't have been happier. The property was fully equipped and immaculately clean, not to mention having a lovely view of the mountains and lake. It was great to have a full kitchen and laundry, and the house was lovely and warm in the quite chilly weather. We would definitely use the house again, and Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes too.

I am writing this review for the management. After checking into our pre-booked accommodation we found some issues with the property and felt we couldn't stay at the property. We approached the management at the office and advised of the problems and queried if there was another property available. They were very apologetic and went out of their way to find replacement accommodation - which exceeded our expectations. We have nothing but praise for the management who handled our situation professionally, quickly and with such generosity.
