We want to extend a special thank you to all the staff who looked after us during our 7-night stay. I would mention them by name, but I don’t want to miss anyone. We especially appreciated the restaurant team, who were exceptionally kind and caring, the reception personnel for their advice, helpfulness, and great customer service, and everyone else who made our stay memorable. Additionally, a big thank you to our Sahara tour guide, Yaya, whose knowledge and professionalism impressed us greatly. We stayed in a double room with two extra beds for our children. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was in good working order and very clean, with towels, robes, and a hair dryer provided. Breakfast was included in the room price and was very generous! The evening menu offers a good variety of food, and we tried everything without any complaints. Overall, the hotel is VERY clean. The staff work hard every day to clean up the sand and dust that quickly accumulates due to the dry climate and the nearby Sahara. Hotel is more of a boutique hotel, with only 11 uniquely designed rooms. There are also two tents in the garden and a tent-like room on the first floor. The hotel has beautiful lounge areas and an extremely eye-pleasing pool area. My favourite was the bar area, not just for its beverage selection but for its gorgeous design. The hotel has its own garden with huge chill-out area with palm trees and hammocks.
