Built across the river from the road, so cross the bridge and climb the stairs to this charming hotel.  The grounds are full of plants and trees.  The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.  Our room was fine, a/c but no controller so opened the windows.  The bathroom was small but the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.  Wifi was reasonable.  Super food, tagine, skewers, breakfast was set up and ready in the morning. The tiling in the hotel is amazing.

this is a unique property, we loved it.  took a while to figure out we had to park by the road and walk on a bridge over the canyon to get there, but glad we did.

This was a little gem on our travels. The scenery around the Kasbah was beautiful and the pool was a delight. Staff were very helpful and the food was fantastic. We would definitely return to stay here. The only downside was  very hard beds and pillows.

I stay here quite often and a few times a year. The service is always excellent, if you need something to improve your stay; ask and the staff will do the best they can to provide!
Amenities are very good for a dusty, windy region of Morocco and are great overall for the types available in Morocco.
View is excellent and area is so nice and polite!
Pool is great and there are heaps of little spots around the hotel to relax away from noise!

We stoped here for a refreshing lunch the food was great and excellent customer service. Free wifi and cold drinks. There is a pool and some lovely shaded areas. There are a few walks through the valley, a great place to stop for an hour or two.

The moment our van stopped on the parking lot we were charmed by the look of this Kasbah - beautiful building surrounded by palm trees and rock cliffs. Very friendly and welcoming stuff took our bags - you have to cross the river on suspension bridge to get to the place. There are no elevators so get ready to climb some stairs. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The big asset was super friendly stuff ready to help.

When travelling you need to set expectations to where you are. Views were FANTASTIC, and Rida was the BEST! He was really helpful in helping us getting around and served us like kings and queens. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest, but the experience really was incredible.

The hotel is beautiful, great view and very typical. Staff is great, welcoming and helpful, despite the language barrier. Few minutes away from Todra Gorge, is a perfect one night stop towards your next destination, and if you’re not in a hurry the pool is there to take a break and enjoy the view. Breakfast is ok, maybe a little poor, and if you have a big luggage from the road is quite tiring to carry. Only accept cash payment.

Beautiful location, impressing building with great views. beware of the many steps. Tasty plentifull dinner . Needs refurbishing but clean. nice pool.

We spent one night in this property and would have happily stayed longer had we not had other commitments. The property is  spacious but a little run down , renovations were in hand but have stopped due to COVID-19 and a complete stop on tourism until now nevertheless the property  has a superb atmosphere and delightful ethnic feel, which is supplemented to by the excellent staff especially Hussein  who was consistently friendly and helpful.check in and out was efficient  but approach to reception is challenging as it is via a lot of stairs and a short bridge crossing a ravine, the staff of course help with luggage. The room reflected the general run down condition but was very clean but lacked some basic facilities such as shampoo .The bathroom was of the same standard as the entire property with adequate water pressure .Externally there is a well maintained and clean pool area with views of the Atlas  mountains. There is a complimentary breakfast  which is adequate  dinner is available at an extra charge and is excellent both in terms of quality and quantity. In short an excellent experience despite the shortcomings created by COVID 19 , we would definitely return
