Multi-storied hotel with lots of rooms geared towards business travelers. Room and bathroom were small but worked fine for me. 

Had an underground parking garage where I was able to park my car. The distance to the sites to see in Rabat were around 15 minutes or so. But since I had a rental car, it was not bad.

Their breakfast is very elaborate! Lots of choices. Excellent!

Hotel catering to business travelers. Awesome breakfast spread. Underground garage. 15 minute drive from Rabat sites. 

I think the staff do their best, and many of them speak English. The hotel itself however, is a different story. Beds are rock hard, and very uncomfortable. I have pain in my back and my hip after staying two nights. Rooms are small, and there is a moldy smell in the bathroom. Cleaning is bad. Our room was dirty. AC is a joke, and the room was crazy warm. There is no fridge in the room. Our room did not have any toilet paper, and we had to call the reception three times to get it. Breakfast buffet is poor, and has few choices. Cats are running around inside the hotel breakfast area.

Will choose a different hotel next time.

this was initially one of your last resorts because the area looked sketch but we ended up loving our stay, the parking lot is well lit and the area is surprisingly quiet. it’s a great price and VERY close to Rabat center

Great hotel 

Average hotel with access to the train station 
It's a little outdated , with no coffee machine, rooms are small, the problem is the AC is not great and it gets hot in this town. The staff are helpful,  check in was easy. The location is not in the middle of the city,  but you reach anywhere from this location. It's an acceptable budget hotel. 

Decent budget hotel 

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains,  we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

I stay in Ibis hotels a lot and this is definitely one of the better than average ones.  Quite new, clean, well designed, fantastic staff, great location close to the train station and quiet area of Rabat.I look forward to staying here again.

better than average

Spent a few nights there during a business trip. The hotel is clean, well organised and functional. Rooms are not big but well structured with everything you need. Bed was confortable and breakfast was good. It’s right beside the Agdal train station but double glazed windows do the trick. It is good value for money.

Very good functional hotel

I was issued a handwritten receipt of 70dh at the check in because there was no change n the drawer over my 100dh bill. The receptionist apologised and claimed that the receipt could be redeemed at check out. At check out, still no change. The receptionist advised to wait for a carrier/delivery guy to show because usually they carry cash. I requested the manager. He came shouting: All this fuss for 70dh? And they kicked me out.

Check in was good and front door staff was helpful and so was the person behind the reception, got in near midnight and went to room and sleep.

Room decor is basic and room size is small and I was given a corner room so not sure how much smaller a standard room it.. I was  woken up in morning with curtains as has holes and light coming though it. 

Air Conditioning was not cooling air even than I set it to the lowest and room was hot and stuffy. The fan in bathroom also didn’t work and steam from shower was heating up the room as well, so became a hot box. 
I went to reception and told them and no one came to room so called down again and finally someone came up and left… I thought maybe come back but never saw him again. 

Finally after 2 hours someone came up and explained the air conditioning was set to heat for the winter and tomorrow when they are in someone will change it to cool for the summer. 

Breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Went to lunch at 2.45 and nothing open apparently lunch is 12.30-2.30 and then nothing until dinner until 7.30pm, so a long wait.

I went to reception just now and waited for about 7 minutes as 2 people behind the desk were dealing with a customer and it didn’t really need 2 people but they didn’t see me so I left and went to my room. 

I would expect better from an Ibis.
