91 reviewsIt is a simple place but charming. There is a beautiful view from the terrace where you can drink your coffee after breakfast. I usually stay in places that are a little more upscale but this time we left the reservation for the last minute and ran out of options. But it turned out pretty great because we met the nicest people there...both guests and the people who run the dar. I especially want to mention Asís who works there. He did everything to make us feel at home and helped us on several occasions. The breakfast he serves is delicious. He is one of the kindest people that I met in Morocco. I am prone to losing things all the time and after we made it to Essouira I realized that I left my beloved Kindle in the room. Asis went out of his way to have my Kindle delivered to Marrakech where my friend was staying and he didn't expect any compensation in return. I truly assumed I would not see my Kindle again. So grateful to Asis for his kindness and generosity. :)))
