My room was off the kitchen, which wasn’t great when someone was cooking large quantities of friend chicken for breakfast – I woke to the smell of it. My room also had an adjoining door to another guest room, which while locked, wasn’t ideal. But a great owner – she was very friendly – a good location and a reasonable quality of fixtures and fittings. Not bad by any means but not outstanding either. 

NOTE: The entrance to the guest house is hidden between two restaurants and isn’t obvious so keep that in mind if you’re booking…

Okay but not great

The Guesthouse is located directly on the main boardwalk in Tivat and "Porto Montenegro" is just a few steps away. The "Waikiki Beach" can easily be reached by foot.
Our room was clean, well equipped and our host Danijela was very friendly and helpful!
All in all, we didn't regret our choice and we are looking forward to our next trip to Tivat.

PERFECT LOCATION AND GREAT HOST

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable rooms, great service, Great location.It is close to the beach,in the center. I would recommend it to everybody. For the families, singles. Good English speaker. I had a great time.

Clean simple and centrally located with a very helpful and pleasant landlady Daniela.

Couldn't ask for better at the price. Probably best for adults only. You can self cater if you wish but good cafes at the front door right on the dockside

A very pleasant stay

Location is perfect with frontline sea view from window.  The family, mother and son, are very friendly.   We even used their kitchen to prepare our dinner and the son chatted with us during dinner.  Highly recommended if you are looking for budget stay at a perfect location with friendly hosts. 

Very nice family

It supplies your every need that a guesthouse should. Fine rooms, a clean house, hot water, nice workers etc. Good wifi connection either. I stayed two nights and there was just one room occupied aside from me. So it was like I rented the whole house just for myself. It also has a great location. I can not think of a better place in Tivat.

The plug sockets were a little bit far from the bed in my room. And the main door of the house is 7/24 open. There is no lock or key for that door. But you are in Tivat. Who would come and bother you :)

A Very Good Guesthouse

Riva guesthouse is such a great find! 
The location and view are unbeatable. It's clean, comfortable, cozy and worth every euro. The hosts are extremely nice and resourceful. Rooms are large with their own bathrooms. The entire place has recently been renovated. Free wireless internet is super fast. Below are cafes offering delicious coffee as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Porto Montenegro iz 1 minute walking distance. 
Highly recommended!
