The hosts were extremely nice during my stay.
The place is very near to the airport and the amenities are excellent. 
The rooms are shared but with cabinets so you have your own privacy.
I stayed for 2 weeks and had to work so I made use of the several common areas with great WiFi and I have no complaint whatsoever.
As a plus, the stay was cheap but that was not the best feature if you ask me. The place is clean and taken care of with love. They also use the money they earn to promote social projects around the neighborhood, which is really nice to discover.

Finally, I was glad to see how careful they were about COVID, ensuring everybody keeps being sanitized and safe.

The check-out is contactless if you need it. You can just sign a form and return the towel they gave you on the check-in.

Excellent service

I spent a night at Punto DF. It saved me. I was supposed to travel to Guadalajara from Mexico City, but I was held up at the immigration and lost my flight. So, I had no place to go till the next available flight next day. I found an available bed at Punto DF while searching on booking.com . It is a small hostel only 6 minutes drive (15 minutes walking) away from the airport, with 2 rooms. Each room has 6 beds. The bed is comfy and clean. The bathroom is clean. The place is quiet and people are helpful. They offer nice food for breakfast. It is a help yourself style, where you prepare your breakfast and coffee and then do your dishes. 
At checkout, you are only required to give back your bed and lockers, but you can stay at the nice reception and use the wifi for as much as you want. That helped me a lot.

A very nice night

In Spanish the word 'punto' means point. So please get the 'point' that Punto DF is A very hidden hostel gem in Mexico City. It is an artistic labyrinth buried in the mayhem of what is largest city in the Western Hemisphere and largest Spanish speaking city in the world. Like who really knows but Mexico City is reported at being 9 million people and New York City only 8.5 million. Now me and my friend walked to this place in the early evening from the 15th largest airport in the world in the 15 minutes the Hostel management claims it can be done in. And by the way MEXICO is not dangerous to walk about in!!!!!  
So back to the review. They have sleeping berths in this hostel just like you might find on a train with everything you might need: your own light, your own electrical outlet, your own towel, your own privacy curtain, your own clothes hooks, your own little shelve, and the only thing you don't get is your own little fan which I suggest would be the crowning touch!
Now the artists in this place have simply overdone it. Inspiration is every where. You cannot move 10 feet without out encountering a good decorating idea. Please refer to my pictures to get an idea of what I am crowing about. 
YOU ARE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE IF YOU ONLY STAY ONE NIGHT HERE BECAUSE YOU WANT A CLOSE PLACE TO STAY BETWEEN FLIGHTS!!!!!
