Stayed for 1 night with family . I was shocked to see when you check-in,  the reception is in the parking area ,they will hand over a plastic with all the toiletries (bathroom tissue roll, shampoo,shower gel, towels and TV remote ) to bring your room . No one to carry your luggage. Balcony seems not cleaned since ages . They don't provide water bottles.  They will keep RM 100 as deposits.  When check out you have to submit back towel,tv remote and parking card then you will get rm100 back . Stayed in 2nd floor (which is actually 1st floor)and the view is ok . The room is absolutely screaming for maintenance. The hotel floor are like G then 2,3,4,5 . They dont provide a basic telephone in the room to call reception if you need anything or on an emergency. Overall if you are coming in a big group and wanting to cook then maybe it is ok . Otherwise I will highly Not Recommend. Paying RM197 a night and not getting a water bottle is not acceptable. There are many better options you will get in this price if you plan little ahead.

Not worth of your Money

Older, very unclean rooms. Walls, sheets, dishes and floor were all dirty and had multiple stains. They didn’t change the sheets since the last customer until I asked, you could see their hair on the sheets still. No amenities. Didn’t clean the room each day, didn’t take out trash. Tons of bugs. No heat at night. No extra towels or blankets.  Dishes in the apt still had food and grease from the last customer.  If you need a place to stay and no where else is open, this will work. Otherwise choose a different hotel.  Not worth the price.

Overall the room is ok but a bit old. Its strange that they don't provide towels but offer a rental of RM10.00 each. Average hotel but quite comfortable with big family

Good for families

Totally service out. No toiletries provided. Floor mad replace with towel.

This hotel has a beautiful views of Golf course, also near to Smoke House which has a beautiful garden landscape.
But the room is quite old and dusty. Old furniture. Toilets with issues and several other problems related to maintainance.
Really hope the management can look into this downside and rectify the issues because the scenery and location of the place is very good. 

Room for Improvement 

Located a short drive from both Brinchang and Tanah Rata this Hotel was ideally located for a few days stay in the Cameron Highlands (as long as you are prepared to drive). The accommodation was quite basic but adequate for us , it was roomy enough to accommodate 6 adults. The kitchen was not very well equipped , the kettle didn't always work , there was a small microwave and a toaster , we also had to ask for cutlery as there wasn't enough for the 6 of us but there was a very generous sized fridge. We had a great view over the golf course from a good size balcony. All in all a good place at a reasonable price for a stay in the Cameron Highlands.

Room for 3 couples

Towels were not provided. Shud hav written in ur website. So upset with this. Very difficult to buy towels at nearby shops furthermore gave headache to guests!!! It is a normal practice for any resorts to provide towels❗️❗️❗️

We came here with a family of 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. We booked for 3 rooms unit. The environment is very cozy and cold. Please bring your jacket especially for the kids. It gets very cold at night. 

However, the room that we have doesnt have tables and chairs at the balcony for hangout but other units has it. Cooking utilities also not sufficient even though they have kitchen. The other minor problem is on the water heater where it only heated for few minutes even though we had switched on the button all day long. Other than that, i think its fine for a family stay..

Good stay

I came for a vacation with my family last weekend (30/6/18 - 1/7/18). ended up with extreme frustration. I was allocated at room 428 which totally messed up. The room was very smelly, mattress and pillow had staines, bathroom was slippery, dirty and mossy. Cooking utensils provided but was oily and dirty but no dish wash provided. We was totally disappointed with the receptionist whom was very rude and unfriendly. The room condition does not look the same as what shown during booking. This property is highly not recommendable to anyone.

Vacation turned into disaster!!!Worst nightmare..

TV channels limited.
Needs to bring back used bathroom floor towels among other few items for deposit refund.
