This is from personal experience. The PIC of the quarantine, Mr Yogen, is an excellent help. He is superfast in his responses including in rendering helps to solve some issues. On the day of arrival, details (including photo) of the transport and location of the transport were clearly communicated. Despite the slow processes at the KLIA which took more than 3 hours, was able to meet up with driver within 15 mins. The check-in was fast. Room was upgraded, so room was in very good conditions with some new items. Appreciated the half wall windows. Food generally is adequate, not too salty, clean but almost the same though. Last but not least, the doctor in charge, Dr Fahim is very friendly, helpful and humble. Thanks all for the pleasant stay.
