Should a tenant smoke inside the house, rooms and living areas, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement.*Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mu’assal).
