Asamina Boutique Hotel was a yearly  pilgrimage for my family and I. But this year it was a big disappointment.
The floor of the room was sandy. The street bar was so loud that we were not able to sleep before 2 pm. 
Breakfast was served at 9:00 am and it lacked organization and attraction  and if you wake up at 6:00 am ( my usual time) you will crave for a cup of coffee. This could have been available in the room with a kettle and instant coffee. Finally the beach area was dirty not cleaned  up the night before and the "Chaise Long" were oily.
When talking to the manager about all he said  " we are understaffed" and didn't care at all. 
Finally for a suite of 2 basic rooms and one bathroom  I paid 200 US $.
It was a nightmare that I ended in less than 24 hours.
Shame since this once was a wonderful boutique hotel of Tyre.

Asamina has changed a lot in 2023

Too expensive for the service it provides! no parking, no room service, hair dryer out of order, water pump in the shower is vry light, no internet, no electricity at dawn as a result the Ac was cut off with a room temperature 45 degrees!! had a bad experience in general!

It's a lovely place in Sour,beach is clean, water is so clear and you can feel fresh air.
No need to go out all your needs can be available inside the hotel.



Asamina place to visit

1.250.000 for literally 3 fishes! In the heart of the lady of the Sea, aka Sour/ Tyre…
And when I double/checked with the lady there, she told that because they are fresh and bot frozen 🤣. I think that this is just Surreal 😵‍💫

Overpriced food

I really loved this family boutique hotel in Tyre located in the best neighborhood. It has a beautiful sea view with access to one of the best parts of the Mediterranean sea in the city. The restaurant serves very good food with good service. The only thing I didn’t like is that they play very loud music or allow guests to play very loud music and it totally kills your whole experience and relaxing atmosphere. You are having a good lunch or dinner and why they have to be playing the music so loud? You are suntanning with your friends or family (with some elders) or reading a book on your own and why are they playing the music so loud? I stayed there for a week and ended up feeling exhausted because I could not sleep at all during my stay or even have a decent conversation with my friends at the restaurant because the music was extremely loud. It felt like I was staying of sleeping at a night club or rave all night long. Why? Why? Why? If this review is read by the owners of this beautiful hotel, please consider changing your music policies towards a more calm and harmonious policy where you can also think about others. I understand that a lot of young people comes to this hotel but this is way too much. So, if you come to stay in Asamina, please know in advance that this hotel does not stands out for its relaxing atmosphere. I will never stay here again and nor eat until they change their loud music policy for a more mindful, quiet and harmonious one.

Beautiful hotel that does not stand out for a relaxing atmosphere

Few words to review the restaurant of a pretty nice hotel. 
I have been there encouraged by the nice entrance, however, immediately something was not good because only one (improvised) waiter tried his best to serve all tables without success. We were two and we ordered beef filet rare. He brought us a very bad and hard slice of meet cooked in a very doubtful way. 

We complained than and we were expecting some cares and apologies but nothing. 

So we paid without discussion the top high bill for this bad dinner and then we left with not only the promise to not come back in the future!

Probably the worst restaurant I have ever been!!

We stayed at Asamina for a night, it’s the place you need after a long day at the beach. You can enjoy the sunset on the roof and have a Lebanese breakfast in the morning. The rooms are wide, clean & in great state and the staff is very friendly.

It is a family business hotel so it is very pleasant place we all love it. All family members of the hotel management gives you positive vibes. Every thing are clean breakfast are freshly made.
Really it is better than 5 star hotel we visited. 
It is the best place in tyre.

Wonderful place 

The hotel is a family run business compromising of around 10 cozy rooms. Since it’s family owned and managed, you feel as if you’re at home with lots of positive gestures and personalized experiences. The hotel is based in old city of Tyre so if you own a car you might find it difficult to find a parking. It can get a bit noisy at night ( i could literally hear the lobby phone ring at night) so it would be better if you select the rooms on the 2nd floor.
