I highly recommend this 2 stars hotel for nature lovers !!! It is excellent for people seeking calm and peace of mind ! 
The room has the charm of the 60's and very clean ! The Lebanese mezze offered by the restaurant is yammiiiiiii and it is obvious that the products are fresh, right from the garden behind the hotel ! The staff was very kind and friendly and we quickly noticed that it is a family business hotel.

Great location in the middle of Sannine mountain in a clean healthy environment, excellent area for hiking, biking, and relaxing with Open spaces for kids play areas. 
The food is amazing and very tasty. you see the labors in the morning collecting the vegetables and the fruits from the gardens next to the hotel (parsley, tomato, concombre, apple etc..)
The hotel is an old building nicely reconstituted, the areas of the rooms are very big and can fit more than 2 beds, extremely clean.
The staff is very welcoming, you feel like you are at home.

Luxury of peace !!!!!

Very nicely located with nice views.
Clean hotel but don't expect your room to be cleaned every day. Floors sheets towels are clean.
Hotel from the 60's no renovation was done since...
Food is good.
Extras are overpriced...
A small bottle of water 4 times the retail price!
The owners come without a smile and when you ask them anything it is like you re already asking too much. I witnessed the lady owner literally barking on one of her clients in front of other clients... That is unacceptable in such a business... So my advice for her is to take some pills for her nerves and to change job she ll be better off. 

Should consider doing another job

This is the worst experience ever!!! I have traveled the world and stayed at hotels from all types (from budget to luxury) and I know what I'm talking about.
First of all, the hotel is outdated, beds are not comfortable. I had a very bad sleep quality. 
Then, the owners/managers and employees/waiters are very rude and there's a lack of privacy, you always feel followed and watched.
The hotel/food is expensive for what it offers. Watch out what they bill you at the restaurant! 
And have you ever been in an hotel where cleaning is luxury? After the first night (we stayed there 2 nights), I asked the owner at what time our room would be cleaned, she answered: "you have to stay in for more than 2 nights so that we clean the room" and then I explained that the bathroom needed to be cleaned, she said that she would send someone to clean it; we went out and came back and nothing was cleaned, trash bag full, lack of toilet rolls, messy beds...
Check out process: 1 hour.
Wifi: very very poor
We paid for the coffee and put the amount of tips they deserved and the waiter had the guts to return it and say and I quote: "it's a holiday, keep your money and pray for us". I'm not commenting on this, I let you judge.
This is my experience, and I'm never coming back! :)
