Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo

After touring central Tokyo with its crowds we escaped back to the serenity of Hotel Chinzanso. If you’re looking for bright lights and action this is not the hotel for you, but if you’re looking for exceptional customer service and tranquility in a traditional environment look no further. The hotel has a stunning, large, Japanese garden to stroll through. Our room on the 14th floor had a vast view of this beautiful garden. There is also an exceptional spa in the hotel where fresh spring water is brought in for guests to soak in as well as spa services. There is traditional high tea service offered at 3pm that many locals in the area attend. Our room included access to a private lounge where we ate breakfast and consumed delicious snacks and drinks after touring. The Concierge at the hotel as well as Mr. Andre Sol, the director of guest services, went above and beyond their job. My husband had a medical emergency while in Tokyo and these employees gave us resources and direction during a difficult time. The most exceptional customer service from staff we have ever encountered throughout our travels. An incredible positive experience at Hotel Chinzanso which we highly recommend to stay while visiting Tokyo.
