Staff were friendly and hospitable. They picked us up at the train station and fed us delicious dinners and breakfasts for a reasonable price. Misako was fun to talk with and spoke English pretty well. The beds were comfortable and the ofuro was clean and relaxing. Appreciated that they had laundry machine available. We will stay there again, for sure.
