Came on a shuttle bus from the Shinkansen station nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful and service oriented. The receptionists and cafe staff carried themselves very well and were amazing. The hotel is colocated with the skiing zones that comprises of several different routes. We visited a few of the routes, the easiest route turned out to be the most scenic, while the rest were more focused on skiing. The rooms were clean and toiletries were all present. WIFI is accessible from the room.
