The hotel was near the Matsuyama JR Station. You can get there by either crossing the street or taking the underground pass. Moreover, it is near an entertainment building where you can also have McDonald's. 

Also, for those who are not used to seeing trams, you are in for a treat. The tram train tracks pass by the street in front of the hotel, so you can see it just by looking at the window from your room.

Great Location

Convenient hotel close to train station. All facilities close by. Hotel clean and quite. They serve breakfast but a real good bakery is just left of the main entrance of the station. Good value for your money. Tram public transport opposite hotel as well.

Convenient hotel in Matsuyama

Location of this hotel is very good with only minutes walk from Matsuyama station.

Staff very friendly and spoke English very well upon check-in. Was very quick and easy.

Room was clean and presented well, as per usual in Japan bathroom is very small but bed and pillows very comfortable.  Room service daily with no hassles, pretty efficient.

Location of restaurants and food outlets not to far away.

There is a tram service around town that is easy to use with a stop either side of the hotel.

Unfortunately the tram service runs down the street in front of the hotel so you get some noise from them at night, I think they stop at midnight and start up again at 6am. I slept pretty well just the same.

Overall pretty happy with the Hotel and service.
