Ryokan Kyoka

I would give this a 10. I booked this traditional japanese room for 2 with shared toilet (we have our own shower - only the the toilet is shared) last minute. It’s a great deal. It’s affordable, close to JR Station (for trolley travellers use the exit with elevator), nearby a temple (when walking outside at dawn, we could hear the gong from the temple), pristine and REALLY spacious room (4 adults of any race can fit the room comfortably - the room is really big, I was so happy I can open all four huge luggages! I wasn’t able to do that at mystays and apa hotel!). I love the japanese styled room where you can fold the dividers. They also have the traditional japanese table with complete tea set you can use for free! If you are planning to book this place, do it fast! You won’t regret it. They provide clean towels and robes. Default complimentary toiletries were provided. They also keep luggages for you before and after checkout for free (I read somewhere, some places asks for a fee). There’s wifi too.
