Even on arrival at midnight, the reception staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful with my booking. Hotel lobby was very clean. Room was a good size by Japanese standards, and offered a LAN service which was a decent connection. You could hear the train noise, but only faintly, otherwise the hotel was very peaceful. Room was serviced very well, and items replenished daily. Ideally located for train station and amenities, I would thoroughly recommend the hotel as the best in the area.
