Isabella welcomed us to the farm and there followed a tour (in Italian) explaining the organic farm methods etc. Wine came from the house supply, the grapes are to be harvested in 2 weeks! EVERYTHING we ate came from the farm except: yogurt and cheese, and oil. Wine, grains, fruits, vegetables, lamb, chicken, any way pig can be eaten, eggs, .... THe food was simple and delicious, served family style. Oh yes, the pasta is all homemade. She was so kind and surprised me with a plate of wild herbs that she made into an herbal tea for me. I have a beautiful photo of this but do not know how to load it. A wonderful country experience in a location with much to see around Urbino.
