I cannot say enough about the hospitality and beauty of this place. Giulia is an amazing host and now an even more amazing friend. I am in awe of how she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I love it so much! I ended up staying an extra night on the front end and booked it for the back end of my trip. It’s quiet and scenically lush- fresh organic blueberries are a plus;) 🫐 🙏🤍
Nic makes an incredible meal if he’s around. I was on property for all of 10 minutes and he cooked a carbonara pasta- holy yum!
The beds were pretty cozy compared to other places I’ve stayed in Italy and the rooms are quite beautiful. If you want to take a dip, you can hike down the trail to the Ticino River.
The BnB is perfect for grounding in after a long flight as well as easing your way out of Italy.
I’ll be back for sure.
It’s approximately 10m to Malpensa MXP Airport, and if they’re available, Giulia or Nick will drive you for a more affordable rate. Uber is super expensive out here.
Oh, and definitely get the best pizza in town from Angolo 53. You and your palette will be delighted 🤤

Perfect Place to Ground Into Italy- Close to Airport for Departure. Gorgeous!!

If you love nature you will love this place! The view and the greenery are absolutely beautiful! 
We came on a vacation and spent 1 night before heading east and then when we came back we couldn’t get a flight back home so we ended up spending 3 more nights and what a joy!
Margaret, Emilio and Julia were the most amazing hosts, very helpful and always went the extra mile if possible!
Breakfast is exceptional!

Beautiful place!

We hade three brilliant days here on way home driving from Ancona to London. Nico the lovely son waited up until 0100hrs for us as a late ferry, with a smile! Nico also made us a lovely meal one night. Maragret a true proffesional host. Location brilliant and a great B&B.Dont just go there as a stopeover for airport, enjoy it too..........

Instead of staying at an airport hotel nearby Malpensa airport to catch our early morning flight, we have chosen B&B Sant’Anna, located in a nice green area (just 10-15 minutes away from the airport), for the final night of our trip and we have absolutely not regretted! Although we could not enjoy the breakfast as our flight was too early in the morning (host Margaret gave us nevertheless some muffins made with the blueberries from their own garden), we were impressed by a magnificent view on the Ticino River, the natural park and the Monte Rosa at the horizon! Our room was perfect – river view, clean, modern. If it would have been possible, we would have stayed longer. Recommended!

Margaret & Emilio run the place effectively & Nicola (their elder son) is a good chef ! Such a Warm family.

Huge outdoor space to sit and read, a rope swing for kids..

Its a 10 min walk into the small town for lunch/dinner.

Super Option Near Malpensa Airport

If you need a place to stay close to Malpensa, this is it. The photos do not do it justice. We arrived early evening- hot, tired, cranky, hungry, thirsty. Margaret (the owner with her husband) was just packing up freshly picked berries to deliver (they run a small fruit farm as well) she offered us some of her blueberries and raspberries- delicious!!!!  
Too tired to go into town- out comes cold local white (12 euros/bottle) yummy! For dinner, her son, Nicola, made risotto with fresh herbs from the garden, home-made cheese, home-made berry gelato (15 euros/pp). We ate on the terrace overlooking the valley with the alps in the distance. The evening was the perfect way to spend our last night in Italy. Relaxed, well-fed, beautiful views. We were traveling with another couple and rented the 2 adjoining rooms with a view of the Alps. Contemporary, clean design (by Margaret, who has the soul of an artist) with river-stone walk-in showers and the best A/C in all of Italy. The property was at one time horse stables and riding school. They buildings have been converted into nicely designed rooms. For the price it was amazing!

Perfect place to stay near Malpensa

We loved staying at Sant'Anna. Margaret and her family made us very welcome. From picking us up at the airport, to booking a dinner reservation, dropping us off at the restaurant (which was excellent by the way!!) Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and assist us.  Even dropping us back at Malpensa airport the next day to catch the train to Milan (a quick 45 minute journey to Milan Central station) The location is wonderful with far reaching views. The local town is quaint and well worth a visit, easy to stroll into the centre were we dined at Corte Visconti (highly recommended, thanks Margaret!) Breakfast was excellent with home made yoghurt, croissants, bread, blueberry jam (Sant'Anna is also an organic Blueberry farm!) Book a stay here, you will not be disappointed!!
