We truly appreciated the personal touch of this family-owned and operated hotel. The difference was evident in the dedication and warm atmosphere created by the staff, who were professional, friendly, and relaxed. The quality of the food was remarkable—our compliments to Chef Cervo. The dishes were not only exquisitely prepared but also of outstanding quality, from the main courses to the smallest details, like the side dishes. For instance, something as seemingly simple as the Kartoffelsalat on the traditional menu was among the best we've ever had—even compared to our years of living in Germany. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly pressed regional apple juice. My youngest child especially loved the freshly made pancakes. In addition to the hotel's excellent facilities, one of its greatest advantages is its proximity to the ski slopes, as well as the on-site ski school and rental services."
