40 reviewsWe were greeted with a fantastic welcome and check-in from Veronica, who gave us all the local transport and sightseeing information and maps. The apartment is nice and clean and on a quiet street. The aircon was very welcome in the 30+deg celsius heat while we were there. The kitchen has everything you need, including a small cleaning pack for washing dishes. The bed in our apartment was a pulldown bed from the wall which was already set up for us. It was very comfortable, I never noticed that it was any different from a normal bed. The complex is secure and quiet and there are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk or closer. The Porta Romana metro station is an 8 to 10 minute walk. There are a number of Vegan & Vegetarian restaurants in the area, we ate at Bio Bistrot on Viale Monte Nero which is under ten minutes walk away and has a nice Vegan and Gluten Free menu. We would stay again if we are in Milan, the complex and apartment is a great place from which to explore the city.
