From the Czech bathroom and no bidet, no TV, viewed from depressing windows, the information about the distance from the center turned out to be false, it's much further away from the declared.

A really unpleasant place

We stayed in Massa M.7 days, of which 3 nights in this residence. A very small bathroom, but a good shower. Good cleanliness and the rest of the beautiful town. The kind girl who welcomed us, showed us the various accommodation options: double room or two-room room. We slept well even though the bed in the monolocal system is a sofa bed (the mattress is good, but why a sofa bed?). A really small bathroom, but you take a good shower. Good cleaning and the bed and bathroom.

Residence savings. Improvement. There's potential.

I stayed in this residence for one night. In the apartment, in the basement, it was 35 degrees and in one of the rooms used for the night, there was no air conditioning. It was impossible to sleep, at least the common sense was enough to inform us of the absence of normal services and we would be diverted to other facilities. Then in the morning I immediately reported the incident, by message (the absence of staff on site). They called me and the young lady told me that they had refunded us, apologizing for what happened. The next day they then told us that they would refund us only 30% of what was paid, ridiculous. I refused, if I had to fight, it is for my rights, I had full access to their residence and in order to make a claim to their property.

For serious family reasons, we booked a room at the Massa Alta residence. Poor choice, since I leave with back pain and torso pain after only one night's sleep (and menomale!!!!!).

A Horrible Subway

Why did we cancel this facility? a) I informed the owner that we would arrive around 18:00, he replied that there will be but that he will make me find the keys in place x and that at 09:00 the next day he would be there for the check out..... well there are no problems....it is not from these details that a hotel manager can be distinguished....(parafrasando De Gregori...) b) I inform the owner then that, since we are going to have a long day of transfers (and there is no property) we would prefer to check out at least for 08:00 (MODI!!!!!!! booking.com is written that I can get a full service from 06.00 pm to 08:00 pm.

That's a weird way to say hospitality.

Very recommended and friendly. Anytime again. Friendly reception. Beautiful old town house. Super location! Nice welcome. Very centrally located. Enough parking available for free. Tasteful and comfortable furnished. Very clean!

It's a beautiful old town house.

A cozy, quiet and clean room, perfect for a little relaxation, close to the civic museum (we happened to the exhibition on Lorenzetti) and also as a strategic point to visit the nearby seaside resorts.

Strategic point

The country is very nice I would definitely recommend visiting this country. The place is nice clean near the center. In the morning we had breakfast in a bar near the place that made a good cappuccino.

It was a good experience.

The Residence Massa Alta is quietly located in the historic streets of Massa Marittima. The house is beautifully renovated and the old elements such as stairs, beams, etc. have been preserved. The rooms are quite small, the beds of good quality but narrow 80x200. The bathroom is also quite narrow, but this is probably the tribute to the preservation of the old building material.
