I stayed at that B&B for 2 nights in one room with 2 other friends. The room was so tiny that it was barely possible to move there; there wasn't even a place for putting the suitcases, so I was keeping mine under the bed.
We got tricked as we booked that place based on very good reviews. As we were planning to travel around during the day, we needed a decent place to sleep over and that's close to the train station.
I usually like staying at B&B's as they create a warm environment, which I didn't feel at this place. The room was small and damp. Wifi wasn't working properly.
The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 8 am but it was never the case, so if you organize your day and travels (especially if you need to catch a train) based on that, you'll end up without breakfast running to the train station to catch the train. It was obviously too late to look for an alternative place knowing that we were already there and especially in August.
If you're planning to stay for more than one night, I won't advise this place.

Disappointing 

We stayed for 5 days there, unfortunately. It's my 137th hotel/airb&b, I travel a lot for work and vacation and this is the most terrible place of all 136 places I have ever stayed in! I got tricked by nice reviews on booking.com and decided to book it. Very disappointed. The room was super small for three people, they squeezed a third bed in a room for two. You literally cant move around unless the other two people sit on the bed. 
The room was very damp and not ventilated, my swim suit left to dry in the room was still wet after two days. The walls are made of cardboard, we could hear every single movement from other rooms as well as some snoring from guest staying in another room. The doors in this b and b are so squeaky, dont really know how the owners don't hear that. The room was very smelly.
Roberta is extremely unprofessional. It is written in their rules (booklet in the room) that the breakfast starts at 8am, we planned all our excursions after this time and were leaving the house at 8.30am, but the breakfast wasnt even ready since Roberta was always late and came around 9am. Every attempt to tell her that it's not how the things should go taking into consideration that we paid for our breakfast, didnt change anything. 
We managed only once to grab our breakfast that was exactly at 9am instead of the stated time (8am), the brioche which is a typical Italian breakfast that you could find across every corner was not fresh at all. On top of that, all the guests are asked to take the tray with their breakfast and go to their rooms to eat, sitting on bed. Therefore no wonder that there are insects around. Wifi, that is supposed to be available in all the rooms (as stated in the facility description), was not available neither in the room nor even in the corridor until you reach the living room. Plus, Roberta doesn't speak good English, she barely understood what we were saying (and again; it is stated in the description that they speak both languages Italian and English).

Amazing and smily Roberta, The studio was deep cleaned, very good mattress, aircon.We had a very nice stay

Great, secure location within easy walking distance  to the old centre. Convenient & easy street parking right outside the apartment building. Delightful & attentive staff. Great value for money in Lecce. Terrific & generous breakfast selection. We are anti-plastic so an issue for us was all the plastic used on the breakfast tray. This was immediately remedied with porcelain cups & plates & metal cutlery.

Nice appartement / B & B in Lecce. Clean, spacious and nice host Daniela was willing to pick me up by car when I just arrived in Lecce and got lost... According to the information this B&B was just a very short walk from the train station but it takes a 15 minute walk, not a big issue but with a heavy backpack quiet a long walk...
