67 reviewsPlease ignore all bad reviews. This hotel is amazing. Claudia was very helpful on arrival. She gave me her contact mobile incase we needed anything. The best part of the stay, the place was left entirely to us. This wasn’t a problem as I had Claudia’s number just incase we needed anything. We had plenty of coffee and tea, always stocked up. Manuela emailed me the location and was also very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and very secure. We were given a passcode to get into the property, simple and easy to understand. First time in Italy and me and my husband loved it. We were very central, right next to the fountain and the port. Seriously recommend the Aquarium. One of the largest in Europe. Great value for money. Would recommend the dolphin show. Will definitely be coming back to visit.
