I've been in this bad place, I understand the 2 stars and I understand the limit of the thing, but that in the TV you miss the TV even though it's written that there was no TV, the closet if you hit it a little crashes to the ground, the mess of the court and then here really needs a genius, the shower tube over the toilet.. not even the joy of having a shower.. bad.. I'm sorry that the young boy who is still committed to living in such an unpleasant condition, when I arrived there was an old lady eating ice cream in the breakfast room probably the owners live there, but it's okay but well come down. bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad not worth 1 euro.

Weight is not worth 1 Euro

Don’t ever consider to rent this horrible house! Although it has a super location, it’s a hell. The owner rent this Cadorna hotel continuously to short term foreign students, you can imagine what happened! I and my poor neighbor need to yell every night( yes every night...) to stop their stupid crazy parties! And now I’m woke up from their stomping dance at this 03:22 moment! They look pretty and polite in the day, but rude, drunk, and hypocritical during the night. They even wrote an apologizing letter to me, but no use. Thank God I'm moving, this is the worst place I've stayed. Run away!

This is not a hotel but HELL

The poor service, one of the owners coming into our room without permission, the room was very dirty, the air conditioning had to be paid for (and we had to do it because it was a terrible heat in the room). The breakfast was pretty bad. The only good thing, the location. Besides, I don't know where those two stars come from.

Terrible 

We stayed 4 days, our room was covered with mosquitoes and others on the walls, the wifi did not work, the bathroom was pitiful, the maid came in one morning, the noise of the street are there days and nights, just like the unpleasant mood of the staff, you have to pay 5 € / day for the air conditioning in August! in short, not recommended!

The whole place is more like a run-down East European student hostel we all experienced in the 80's and 90's as we grew up. The problem is that now we live in 2018 and this hotel is still sub-standard.So the "hotel" is located between the 3rd and 5th floors in the building. Luckily the lift works. Hardly anything else does. The reception area including the bar is something out of the 60's dolce vita, i.e. badly needs a refurb.Wait till you see your room! No TV or minibar/fridge, but the biggest joke is the bathroom (see the picture), obviously walled off the original room offering you about a 1x2m bathroom space, i.e. basin, bidet, toilet and "shower-above-toilet" all crammed in there. The whole thing makes you think you are in some youth correctional facility on Soviet territory in the 60's.If you want breakfast? 8 euros. If you want air-con? 5 euros/night. Mille grazie! Being on the top floor in July and having no window, the only other option we had was to leave the shutter and the balcony door open at night. All mosquitos are welcome! The next problem? It's one big balcony accessible by all other rooms. Meaning, any loud-mouthed drunkard could have walked in at night. I slept with a knife close to my reach.Summary: if you are a fan of Walking Dead, you will most likely enjoy the place.

came to italy for some work experience, just about made it to work experience due to the hotels bed breaking from underneath me and peers, the only thing good about this hotel was the staff and the fact that we could order a takeaway to the hotel

worst two weeks ever

I was in Florence for one night at this facility for a medical visit that I had the next morning. They charged me at check-in... and then I figured out why. My camera was a hole, without TV, without air conditioning (which was advertised on the site as included and instead was for an extra fee) in June with 38 degrees, ants on the floor and on the table, dirty sheets and more with black bugs leaping between what sheets and blankets stained with I don't know. The same bugs also in the bathroom which was reduced to a state of little obscenity.

It's a prize!

I had to go to this hotel from the 24th to the 26th of June 2017 because of a concert. Booked many many many months ago, the hotel thought well to let me know yesterday (20th of June) that the booking cannot be honored by them. Thank you very much for all the time you're making me waste to find a free hotel now (which is impossible).

DO NOT STAY HERE!!  False advertisement of air conditioning on the sign, the room is dirty, paint is chipping, very noisy location within an apartment building on a busy street.  No lights in the stairwell.  It's just plain awful.  Do yourself a favor and stay at the Athenaeum 100 yards down the street.

THE WORST PLACE + FALSE ADVERTISING

I was there with two other friends at the deejay ten in Florence, and for the price I paid (20€ per person, we were in 3) I found the room spacious and clean and it's in a great position, and the staff also allowed us to postpone the check out so we could shower after the race.
