It is hard to know where to begin - this place is simply a wonderful choice to stay. 
Set in an idyllic location away from the tourist crowds of Finale Ligure, is this gem of a stay. 
Nico and Mavi grow and prepare the most excellent food, with the kindest hospitality one could imagine for. Mavi’s focaccia and breakfast pastries are to die for. The fruit is exceptional. At a special guest welcome Wednesday dinner hosted in their garden, farinata was off the charts good. The fresh pasta and ratatouille was served simply and deliciously. Olive oil produced in-house. This is the real deal. So welcoming, to all the guests, with personal consideration given to children, seating and languages spoken. 
The breakfasts are exceptional, often with the bread home cooked, jam home made, freshly grown/picked/sourced local produce with every taste and need catered for. 
If we could change one thing, it be that we didn’t arrive in a heatwave! Though even still, with very good quality room air conditioning, and a pool available 24/7, we were more than looked after and able to stay cool. 
So for the next trip we will look at either May or October, so that strenuous hiking and biking are possible without extreme heat!! (Though apparently it was unusual to be quite so warm last week). 
Can’t wait to come back here, hopefully with family and friends next time, what a treat, cannot recommend highly enough, thank you Nico, Mavi and Titiana 🌺🌺🌺🙌🙌🙌

The real deal - perfect Italian stay

My family and I spent a week here as part of our summer holiday this year. The owners, Nico and Mavi, were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning which was very pleasant in the middle of summer. The beach in Finale Ligure is about a 10 minute drive away and there are two restaurants which are a 10 minute walk away and serve good food. Breakfast includes homemade jam and fruits. Views were lovely. I would really recommend a trip to Lago di Osiglia which is a lake about 30 minutes away, it is really quiet here and ideal for swimming/walking. Overall we were really impressed and enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Italian Countryside Stay

I can't recommend enough this Agriturismo. Nico and Mavi are lovely hosts. Their place is paradise. Beautiful views of the vineyards, olive trees and orchards overlooking the mountains of Finale Ligure. The rooms are very cute and cozy. For breakfast you will enjoy jams and marmelaid that Nico and Mavi make with the fruits from their trees. They also make the best olive oil you can imagine and lovely wine.

I believe that a great holiday is made by the people that you meet. Agriturismo La Rocca Di Perti did not disappoint.  We fell in love with the Italian countryside here. It is a short (but steep heading home) walk down to Final Borgo. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The host and his wife made us feel like family. We ate a home cooked dinner with them on 2 different nights, and both meals were excellent. Breakfast provided us with the fuel we needed to get us through a morning of mountain biking and the coffee...words cannot describe how excellent it was!

Quaint little getaway...

Excellent place to escape from "civilization". We had ca. 40m2 room with beautiful view on landscape. The host and his family were very nice, hospitable and helpful. For breakfast were prepared baked on place croissants and rolls which were delicious. And their tomatos... We also took and opportunity to eat dinner with them. For only 20 Euro per person we had a 5 dish dinner with wine!

Relax with Family

Very nice place in Finale Ligure area if you are looking to experience nice friendly atmosphere ''italian style''. Only five minute drive from the beach and lovely historical town. Room we stayed in was on the smaller side but clean and comfortable with en suite bathroom, coffee and tea making facility in the room. Nice terrace in front of the room shared with other 2 rooms where you can sit, relax and enjoy the scenery. Lovely breakfast was included in the price. You might have an opportunity to join the owner Nico and his wife for an evening meal he prepares for his guests if there is an interest. You will experience real Italian style family dining prapered from locally produced ingredients for only 20 euro per person including drinks. We travelled with our small daughter and it was great place to stay, she could play with children of other guests in a safe environment and we could sit back and relax.
